As we arrive in the 21st century, we find ourselves in a constantly changing technological environment. We pride ourselves on the fact that we live up to our commitments, both contractual and scheduled. We do, however, recognize that no company is perfect. Problems can arise, but at E.S. Fox we also pride ourselves on rapid and thorough response to correct such situations when and if they occur. To this end we have systems to anticipate problems and are accessible to our customers 24 hours a day.
Obviously, our ability to live up to commitments is dependent, to a high degree, upon our employees. We believe that if an employee at any level is provided with correct information, appropriate tools and a proper environment to work within, then that employee will produce an above average quantity of timely, quality work. We also believe that productive and quality-conscious employees take pride in their efforts and enjoy the favourable response of customers well served.
